POOR, FRUSTRATING, DISAPPOINTING My car was towed in on Monday January 30th because it would not start. I was told that I needed a new distributor but it had to be ordered and was shu My car was towed in on Monday January 30th because it would not start. I was told that I needed a new distributor but it had to be ordered and was shuttled to Enterprise for a rent -a-car. I received a call Tuesday morning that the part had came in and my car would be ready by 2:00pm. I didn't have to report to work until 5:00 so I waited until around 3:00 to return the rented car and get shuttled back to the dealership. Paid for the repair and drove about a half mile from the dealership making a stop at a nearby store to return something. It took all of 10 minutes and when I returned to my car it would not start. I called Honda and they sent a salesman to help me. He tried to start it with no luck and drove me back to the dealership. They had to call for a tow truck and I told them I was supposed to be at work by 5:00, I had just paid for one rent -a -car and I was "NOT" going to pay for another. I was told by Mr Reese that it was no problem that they would call and take care of the rental. They shuttled me back to enterprise but no one there had received a call. I gave them Mr Reese's name and insisted that they call him to take care of this as he said he would. I was a hour and 20 minutes late for work. Wednesday evening I get my car back again with an explanation and an apology. Thursday night on my way home the D4 indicator light started to blink non stop, then the check engine light came on. Made another call to Mr Mohammed Friday and was told to bring it in Monday. It is still on and has been all weekend. So I have to make yet another trip to the dealership to have this checked out hoping that the car wouldn't stop on me. You tell "ME" how you think I should rate my service. More

the best ever!! I have not had a new vehicle in many years. John Mohammed and the service department at Waldorf Honda have been very good at taking care of my repairs I have not had a new vehicle in many years. John Mohammed and the service department at Waldorf Honda have been very good at taking care of my repairs and John also told me about 2 recalls that wore outstanding on my vehicle to see if I had time available to have them taken care of while I was there so I did not have to make another appointment. Finally a Honda Serv Dept that truly Appreciates t/Customers So nice and so very refreshing to receive service from a Honda Staff who truly recognizes that if not for their customers - they would not be successf So nice and so very refreshing to receive service from a Honda Staff who truly recognizes that if not for their customers - they would not be successful and therefore they make every effort to make their customers feel appreciated! I also want to especially thank Mr. Tony Deep who told me whenever I came back to Waldorf Honda, he would make sure that my service was complimentary. That promise was made in August! I just went back on December 27th! He was not there, but Ms. Stroud honored what I told her and I got my oil changed without cost! My experience with Waldorf Honda has been mixed, BUT I was felt very well-treated yesterday! Thank you again, Mr. Deep and Ms. Stroud!! More
