Was sold a lie Purchased a CRV in August. Was told,by the finance rep, that in addition to the mechanical service contract sold to us we could bring our car to a H Purchased a CRV in August. Was told,by the finance rep, that in addition to the mechanical service contract sold to us we could bring our car to a Honda dealership and get free oil changes. The dealerships are not convient for me But but worth it if FREE. Was sold a lie. I'm sure the finance person made commission on the purchase. One of the selling points for us was the FREE oil changes. Now we are out but of course he and Honda is not. Guess what, was told the rep is no longer with the company but he is still listed here on the site. More

Together, Mr. Smith and Mrs. Workman worked with us to ensure fair pricing on the new car as well as our trade-in. I have purchased several new Hondas over the years, commencing in 1987, and this experience once again proved why Honda is my auto of choice, and now Waldorf Honda will be my preferred dealership. It is the little things I have been bringing my Honda’s to be serviced at this shop for about 18 years and have been working with John for a while. He is always kind and has a positive attitude. I am always greeted with a smile and a warm hello. He also has superb technical job knowledge and is highly competent. I know he would never steer me wrong. He informs me of what needs to be done soon and what can wait. This is really appreciated since I have more than one Honda! I am always in and out in a timely fashion. He even recently fit me in at the last minute when I had to reschedule a missed appointment for my 2016 Accord. These things are what make Mr. John Mohammed an awesome Service Associate and an asset to your organization! Thank you John! More

Don't rely on the safety inspection I had a few hundred dollars of work done on my 2004 CR-V on February 25, 2017, and they said they did their usual safety inspection, including giving I had a few hundred dollars of work done on my 2004 CR-V on February 25, 2017, and they said they did their usual safety inspection, including giving my battery a 'pass'. That very night my car wouldn't start, and when I opened the hood I saw an incredible amount of corrosion on and around the positive terminal. They could not have even looked at the battery and declared it to be in good shape. I relied on them to do that safety inspection, and because of that continued going to them after moving 40 miles away, so I was very disappointed in them. I called and sent a photo of my impressive corrosion and they called back quickly to apologize and say they didn't know how that could have happened. They offered me $30 off a new battery if I wanted one, which I suppose was nice of them, but I didn't consider it adequate compensation for their error. Anita Schuneman I More
