The worst experience ever! My first experience with the Waldorf location was a complete disaster. I took my car in because my car would not start. Before bringing my car in, I g My first experience with the Waldorf location was a complete disaster. I took my car in because my car would not start. Before bringing my car in, I got my battery tested to make sure the problem was not my battery. Once at Waldorf Honda, they informed me the battery was gone bad, before I can give the permission to change the battery they had already done so. That was $140.00. The next day, as I'm leaving work at 8pm, car would bot start. I called again, was told to bring my car in on Friday at 2pm. No problem. After waiting for about 2 hours, someone then came out and told me my starter went bad. I requested to get a refund of the $140 that I paid for the battery, I was told no. I then reached out to Headquarters to file my complaint. They informed me that they would ONLY document my concern. After my car was done, I went to the cashier to pay for the service. Because of my warranty, the cost was only $100.00. The cashier actually charged me the full amount of $840, once I realized what I was charged I informed the cashier, she then took my card to "reverse" the charges. I asked if that would affect my account in any way, she told me no because the charges were "reversed" it would not come out of the account. She then charged the correct amount of $100.00. I left the building still upset and not satisfied with having to miss 2 days of work and pay for a battery when I informed the service tech that I had my battery previously check. Once I left the shop, I went to pay my water bill, credit card declined. I checked my account and saw $940.00 had ben charged from Waldorf Honda. I called the Service Director, and the General Manager, both told me there was nothing they could do. They apologized for the mistake and did nothing to attempt to correct their error. Because of their mistake my bank account is currently over drawn by $500 in the negative. I informed the GM, that I was a single mother with 2 kids, I needed money to feed my children this weekend. He didn't care enough to make this situation better for me. They left me without ANY money to grocery shop for my kids from Friday to now! It's now Monday morning and I still have not gotten a call to rectify the problem. This is my worst experience ever! I would not recommend anyone here, for service or to buy a vehicle! The absolute worst. More

Was sold a lie Purchased a CRV in August. Was told,by the finance rep, that in addition to the mechanical service contract sold to us we could bring our car to a H Purchased a CRV in August. Was told,by the finance rep, that in addition to the mechanical service contract sold to us we could bring our car to a Honda dealership and get free oil changes. The dealerships are not convient for me But but worth it if FREE. Was sold a lie. I'm sure the finance person made commission on the purchase. One of the selling points for us was the FREE oil changes. Now we are out but of course he and Honda is not. Guess what, was told the rep is no longer with the company but he is still listed here on the site. More
