Left car overnight, picked it up and still not working. Checked and verified by Honda personnel that the port was still not working. This service is with the extended service contract. Still not working UNACCEPTABLE!!! Do not know what to do now. Still, the management is unavailable/ busy. Anybody can sell a car. It is the follow-up customer service for at lease a month or two after you buy a car from them that counts. More

Trustworthy I first contacted Waldorf Honda after taking my daughters vehicle to our longtime trusted mechanic. He informed us he couldn't figure out what the is I first contacted Waldorf Honda after taking my daughters vehicle to our longtime trusted mechanic. He informed us he couldn't figure out what the issue was after running several diagnostic checks. John at Honda Service Dept. was first to talk with us after finding out what the underlying issue was. Long story short, both John and the mechanical team at Honda was awesome! They discovered a mouse nest and figured out they had chewed through the entire electrical system! While they were working on the car, they also discovered my daughter's brakes were rubbing metal to metal, they fixed that along with some other things. John and your mechanics were and are amazing! Cannot say enough wonderful things! I will be purchasing my third vehicle from this dealership from our trusted salesman Saeed Satterwhite next year, thank you again for having such awesome folks working here!!!!! More
