His customer service gets zero stars from us if it were available. We have never been treated like this ever! We come here to get our vechile serviced and we purchased our vechile at this dealership. He is an absolute disappointment to the company... I will be sure to spread the word. I had a 4:30 appointment didn’t leave the dealership until after 6pm! Unacceptable. Then the supervisor Tony Reese didn’t bother to correct his colleague when he knew he was wrong. He didn’t even offer an apology until I mentioned it to him. Poor poor poor customer service! In fact he said I can’t speak for John! Why not you are the supervisor and I am the customer! Tony gave an apology but with sarcasm, it definitely wasn’t sincere at all! More

I had the pleasure of bringing my 1999 Honda Accord to have a diagnostic completed and then serviced from what was found over the course of 4 days. While my car was being serviced, John ensured I had a loaner vehicle to run my errands. At no time was I treated unfairly, disrespected or lied to. John made sure I knew exactly what was wrong and needed to be fixed. Oh, the pricing is very fair. Bringing my Honda here saved me thousands of dollars in unneeded parts. My car is running better than ever and anytime my Honda need service, I will be scheduling it with John and bringing it to Waldorf Honda. Awesome service department.
