Calming, Attentive, Instructive Frank Carnucci approached me while I worked online waiting for service. He was not aggressive, he was attentive, listened, pleasant with a sense of humor, very informative, and importantly he is respectful. I was unsure I wanted a new car, but I was open to hearing what Frank might offer. Frank showed me the current Honda Fit yellow but it was nothing like the 2015 soft yellow. The current yellow is mustard, and compared to my 2015, unpleasant. Frank showed me the 2018 blue, which is very nice. Without being pushy, Frank seemed to grasp that I was attached to my soft yellow, he was not judgmental nor try to convince me of another color. It just is what it is. This left the decision up to me – and that is far more empowering than a sales person who might be patronizing. Frank is considerate, not patronizing. And, Frank was very helpful detailing some of the electronic assets of the Honda Fit. It was a very good, helpful experience. More
Rude once they get y our money. I bought a 2018 Civic Hatch about 3 months ago. Everyone was extremely nice as I was buying the vehicle. After I bought it and went home everything wa I bought a 2018 Civic Hatch about 3 months ago. Everyone was extremely nice as I was buying the vehicle. After I bought it and went home everything was fine. I got my tags little after that and everything was great. Then a little after that my fiance drove my car and when he got into my car and slid the seat back, the plastic cover broke that covers the back sliding area. I called them and they said that they would replace it for free that they just need to look at it. I brought it up there and waited 30 minutes for someone to help me even though I was the only customer in the Service Bay at the time. Everyone was on their phones and talking to other employees. Finally when someone came to help me it was the Assistant manager of the service bay Tony R. He was extremely rude and told me that he cannot help me even though they said that they would replace it for free. I ended up buying a new wiper blade and my fiance was about to put it on, but Tony insisted that he put it on himself. So Tony put it on and my fiance and I left. I used my wipers 3 days after and noticed that the wiper that I had previously replaced was giving me more issues than the original one. I called that day and said that I would be up there to bring it back and have them replace it with a working one. They said okay and hung up. I brought it back up that weekend and ended up getting a new tire because I ran over a drill bit. Robert H. and Sonny W. helped me with my tire problem. They even got my car back to me well before the expected. When I went to pick my car up I brought it up to Tony' s (Tony R.) attention that the new wiper I bought wasn't clearing my windshield properly. He then said it was because of my dirty windshield. I told him that that wasn't the problem and even cleaned the windshield right in front of him. I showed him again that it wasn't working even with a spotless windshield and still smearing. He then continued to argue with me and say that it was because of a small micro chip that wasn't even located in the area of the smear. It wasn't even close to the problem area. I explained to him that I am not stupid and I know what the problem is. He said that he will not replace the wiper blade because he couldn't resale it to make money. I told him that that was not my problem and that he gave me a faulty item and said that that wasn't his problem. I told him that I will be making a call and then left. More

Thank you for job well done I was at Walforf Honda for an oil change and was taken in by Mr. Dixson. After initial review, he let me know that my brakes were in terrible shape an I was at Walforf Honda for an oil change and was taken in by Mr. Dixson. After initial review, he let me know that my brakes were in terrible shape and that further delay may damage my rotor. This particular vehicle is mostly used by my wife. I thought of inclement weather ( sleet and snow) that is currently out and faulty brakes is probably a recipe for disaster. I decided to fix the brakes to safe me from rotor damage and more importantly from serious accident. Thank you Mr. Dixson for keeping me and my family safe. You are appreciated. More
