Was told that it would be free of charge, but because they use the Ford dealership to wash vehicles and it was so early, the car wash may not have been open, but Tony gave me his word that he would make sure I got the wash if it was open. I forgot that they open at 7:00am and got there a little after, so I was afraid that I was going to be there all day, but to my surprise, I was on my way home before 8:30am. With a car wash as well. I was very satisfied with my overall experience. Tony was great. More

I entered the bay, Bernard Dixon was already in the process of helping a customer. Tony Reese and I made eye contact as I drove into the bay. I sat in the car for at least, 10 minutes, before asking another staff (Robert Hersh) to assist me. A few minutes later, he came to my car and just stood. I told him I was late for my meeting and that it was awful that I saw staff sitting idle and I waited approx. 12 minutes. He appeared unconcerned by my comment. I simply told him, just give me an oil change because I will not spend $500 and not receive good customer service. Again, he appeared unconcerned. I returned later to pick up my car, went to cashier window. Robert Hersh had passed by and I stopped him and asked where my keys were? He said with cashier and walked off. He did not review my paperwork with me. In fact, I asked the cashier to explain check marks on my paper and the cashier said, "I am surprised your service person did not explain it to you." My response to her was this is exactly why I did not get my mileage tune up as planed and I will take my car to another Honda dealer. Needlessly to say, I did only got an oil change, rather than my planned 100,000 mileage tune up. It was disappointing and disheartening that customer was poor! More

After years of dealing with a topnotch service advisor, it will take some time getting used to less than stellar service for others. When I would bring my vehicles in for service, they would always be returned to me washed – even though I did not request this service ahead of time and they were always brought back to me, I did not have to go searching for them in the lot. If you want to grow in your customer service scores, learn for others. More
Unsatisfactory Service Advisor Made an appointment for Saturday. Came into get my car serviced. My service advisor was Bernard Dixson. I was originally quoted $2077 for all the cost Made an appointment for Saturday. Came into get my car serviced. My service advisor was Bernard Dixson. I was originally quoted $2077 for all the cost and labor. He told me my car would be ready the next day. However, it wasn’t. I called the dealership on Tuesday morning and Bernard called me later that day only to tell me that the cost of my service and labor would now be $3000 due to a mistake he made in his calculations. Thats a huge mistake! As the service advisor there is no reason why Bernard Dixson should make this kind of mistake. If this is the case he should not be an advisor anymore. I did not appreciate being quoted $2077 only to find out days later, due to Bernard's mistake, that the price had increased drastically to $3000. I was finally notified that my car would be ready on Wednesday. I was not happy with my experience with Bernard and after this experience I never want to deal with Bernard Dixson or Waldorf Honda ever again. It is extremely unprofessional to quote someone one price and then have the service advisor make a mistake and increase the price by $1000. At one point I was thinking about buy and new Honda but now I have seriously reconsidered. More
