My service representative has NEVER failed to inform me of what my vehicle needs, the time it takes to complete the task and the estimated cost. When something is found that was not anticipated I am made aware of that and what I need to do about it. He reminds me of the transport service the dealership offers that enables me to keep scheduled appointments, if needed. While waiting for the vehicle the dealership has provided a very clean and comfortable waiting area where there is seating, complimentary drinks, wi-fi, vending machine, charging areas for your electronic devices and television is available. Rest rooms are clean and nearby. It is clear to me that good customer service is a primary part of the services provided by this dealership. More
