Our buying experience was good back in 2016 but the service department has been one bad experience after another. They do not take down information correctly to ensure that issues you may be having with your car are looked at. The people checking you in are kind but not knowledgeable of common issues, so you are at the mercy of a bad game of telephone. We have had a known reported problem with our car for the last 6 months and have continued to bring it in but somehow it has not been documented. I’m not sure what they have been doing with my car while it’s there. We have finally raised a little stink and now they are saying we never told them and they can’t replicate it so sorry deal with it. I have called the service manager Tony 2 times and left messages with no return call even after he ensured my husband they would take care of it. The person who works our case also Tony is no help and very condescending. We are still missing side panels from a year ago and the last one they installed was done improperly. I am typically understanding of a plan of action is put into place but they don’t even have the decency to call me back. The lack of customer service has turned me off and we will never buy or take our vehicle back. Buyer beware! More

Excellent Customer Service I bought my 2019 Honda Odyssey Van on 02/27/2019. When I drove home that night, I could feel every bump on the road. So, the next day I called Frank I bought my 2019 Honda Odyssey Van on 02/27/2019. When I drove home that night, I could feel every bump on the road. So, the next day I called Frank Carnucci, my salesman, and he told me to bring it in to see if the Service Department had time to look at the tires. When I arrived Frank and I took it on a test drive, but he could not feel what I was talking about. However, he did not hesitate and drove my van to the Service Department and introduced me to Tony Deep and Tony Reece. I explained what I was feeling on the road and I was extremely happy they did not treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about or it was all in my mind. Instead, Tony Reece immediately checked my tire pressure to find they were not set correctly which was probably due to sitting in the sales lot at the Honda dealership in Laurel MD before getting driven to Waldorf the night before. To my happiness, I found it was the tire pressure causing my problems because I didn't feel the bumps on my way home that day. Frank, Tony D. and Tony R., thank you all for taking care of my issue so quickly and not just telling me to come back another day. Most Dealership Service Departments that deals in appointments only would have probably sent me away!!! Also I want to say thanks for the great customer service from the Parts Department when I bought the all-weather floor mates. More

I felt they cared enough of what was best for my needs of use of a vehicle and I decided to go with a lease where I will be able to exchange it every 3 years for another vehicle and have no worries! Left Waldorf Honda very happy that day! More

Oil Change Was never called after my oil change was done. They had my van all day until they closed 10 before closing.
