Oil Change Gone Bad! Came in for routine maintenance and walked away with the Service Dept charging me an extra $500 to fix a problem they caused. Apparently, the handle of the dipstick broke off and the metal stick is stuck inside, and cannot be retrieved without dropping the oil pan. The rep and manager both claimed it is not their fault, as the truck is an '09, and due to natural wear and tear. I have owned vehicles older than this, and this has never happened. In my opinion, the mechanic pulled the stick with significant force at an angle (not straight up) on the perpendicular edge (not the flat side so it would bend) causing the break. This happened under your care and caused by human hands, not a mechanical failure. I refuse to pay this cost to fix a problem caused by others, and willing to go to small claims court to rectify the issue. Not happy at all and do not accept the service department's explanation, nor am I pleased with the Manager's behavior. Customer Service is truly dead! Will be coming in to speak with General Manager to remedy this problem. Between my wife and I, and my in-laws, we have purchased about 6 cars from your dealership. This is the last. Very upset and unhappy former customer. More

Everyone I’ve dealt with from service techs to billing and finance are friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Just one nit-picky item: When I arrived for my service appointment yesterday, I was asked if I wanted a free car wash with service so I said yes. It was then hand-written on the ticket. It’s always advertised in emails and at the dealership and I think that’s a very nice feature, especially since my vehicle was pretty dirty and covered with pollen and grass cuttings! When I came to pick up, I was a little disappointed that the wash wasn’t done... It’s not a big deal, I waited only a few minutes for the wash after I said something and afterwards drove away happy. Maybe it’s a mental thing to see a clean shiny vehicle at the end of the day that makes you feel a little better about having to spend money for maintenance! Again, it was nit-picky and most likely a small oversight that doesn’t reflect at all the quality of services of this dealership! More

The gentleman who checked me in - I believe his name was Robert - was the best. My Advantage Customer Application paperwork filled out in October 2018 had not been put into the computer. (I wanted to apply it to my visit.) Fortunately, I had a copy of it to show Robert. He then escorted me throughout the office premises to be sure I connected with the right person to resolve my situation so that my car could be taken care of under the Advantage plan. When my car was ready, he even went out in the rain to pull it up to the building for me. Good interactive experience. More

Tony said when the alternate goes out it drain the battery, i ask how long would that be and he said maybe a day, 2-5 minutes later my car went dead. Tony said we might have the part, he check and they had it, and he said the mechanics agreed to stay overtime to fix my vehicle. This was above and beyond service, Tony and the mechanics don't know their names save me money by not having to get a rental, take day off and with a exceptional gesture of giving me a rose for Mother's day! Thank you Tony and the crew! More

Disapointed I brought my car in due to a recall notice. The range (how many miles until empty) display is woefully inaccurate. I had an appointment, but still had to wait two hours for what I was told was a "quick software download." After being told it was all fixed, I got in the car, started to drive away only to notice that the range still showed that I had 1000 miles until empty. I went back to the service advisor and explained that the issue was not fixed. However the advisor said that I needed to drive the car around for a few days so that the satellites could sync up with the car. I asked for clarification "you're telling me the 'miles until empty' display is linked to satellites???" I was assured that everything would be okay after a couple of days, but if the problem persisted, to bring it back in. It's been a week, and the problem still persists. I live over an hour away, so simply "bringing it back in" isn't so easy. Thanks for nothing. More
