Fast Service! My first service was a great experience. Robert Hersh said he would try to have me out in an hour, and he kept word. The car was ready on the day they said it would be ready.They have a wonderful shuttle service that took me and later picked me up from work and drove me to the dealership to get my car. Today was a bad day Normally I get excellent service but this time was different. I arrived and got in line with other cars but I was 1st in the second row. Multiple peo Normally I get excellent service but this time was different. I arrived and got in line with other cars but I was 1st in the second row. Multiple people greeted me and said someone will be with you in a moment. 20 mins later I was met. I told them I needed an oil change and I have been here before. I went to the waiting room and waited. I hit my breaking point at 2 hrs. And asked about my car. My service guy went back and returned with my key and paperwork all ready to go. No explanation! He pointed to a general direction to where my car was parked. When I got to my car it was so hot inside it clearly sat awhile heating up while nobody bothered to tell me my car was ready. I left very pissed off that day. More
