I was close to the dealership and took the chance that they would be able to help, even without an appointment. I arrived mid-day and the waiting room was very full but they still squeezed me in. I anticipated a wait since everyone there had an appointment and I was a "pop in". Bernard, the service technician that helped me, kept me up to date on the timing of diagnosing the problem. I suspected a nail, they confirmed it and patched the hole. I greatly appreciated them squeezing me in. I could have probably taken the vehicle to any tire shop, but I have confidence that the service team at Waldorf Honda would be fair and not take advantage by trying to sell me a new tire unnecessarily, which can happen and has happened at both tire shops and other dealerships. More
