Another satisfied customer !!!! I had a service appointment for 1:30 pm however I arrived about an hour or so before my appointed time. Happy for Service I was told early during the week that they didn't have any open for oil change and then I called back the day after the fourth and the receptionist to I was told early during the week that they didn't have any open for oil change and then I called back the day after the fourth and the receptionist told me that I could come and leave it after 1300 or wait around for it. Tire Rotation I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. The day after I picked my car up, I noticed a mark on the driver’s side rear wheel that I ha I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. The day after I picked my car up, I noticed a mark on the driver’s side rear wheel that I had noticed on the same wheel/location as I was dropping the car off. That was the only wheel with a mark and seeing the wheel still in the same position leads me to believe that either that tire/wheel was not moved or none of them were. I do not believe It was the service rep who was at fault, rather the actual mechanics/technicians. More
