Poor customer service Not impressed with the customer service at all and too pricy. I kept having to call to follow up on the status of my car repairs. I did not receive a Not impressed with the customer service at all and too pricy. I kept having to call to follow up on the status of my car repairs. I did not receive a call back even one time despite being reassured I would. The person who handled my car repair didn’t even have the courtesy to have a conversation with me to go over the repairs that were done and address any concerns I might have had when I picked up my car. I only dealt with the cashier. Very disappointed and unimpressed especially given the exorbitant charges. More

Oil change and battery check. I brought my car for battery check and Oil change in this service center. Service advisor and receptionist are great but am not sure with the attendan I brought my car for battery check and Oil change in this service center. Service advisor and receptionist are great but am not sure with the attendant/mechanics.. When I checked my oil its not on the right level. Said my battery is still ok though I can feel that its weak every time I start the engine. (I jump started it like about 5 times the week before) Also they offered free car wash to which I agree but they didn’t wash it at all but that’s alright maybe they’re too busy. More
