Professional workers.Customer service is what brings me back Great staff. Water and coffee available in the wait area along with WiFi. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! I'm giving the 5 star rating because HONDA didn't have me in there all day long. My oil change took about an hour instead of 3 hours. Check engine light was on I entered the service lane & was greeted by Tony Reese. He listened to all my concerns & took appropriate actions. He kept in contact with me thru thi I entered the service lane & was greeted by Tony Reese. He listened to all my concerns & took appropriate actions. Too Long for an oil change It took almost 2 weeks to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was told it would take an hour. I left the vehicle and returned after an hour a It took almost 2 weeks to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was told it would take an hour. I left the vehicle and returned after an hour and a half. I did not receive a call but I finished my errands. I asked the cashier if my car was ready. She said she didn't have the paperwork and I would have to ask the service advisor. When I did, she said she didn't have the paperwork but would check on it. I waited in the waiting area before she returned and told me it would take another 15 minutes before it was ready. Although people were friendly, the scheduling and the time it took was too long. More
