B 1 2 service was done in a good amount of time. Even got my transmission fluid changes, which was due in a few hundred miles. Service advisor recommended service was done in a good amount of time. 30K maintenance done quicker than I was told I made appt. for 30,000 maintenance was told it would take approx. 2 hours. They were finished in 1 & 1/2 hours. I was able to ask questions and obtain the information I needed in order to make a decision regarding some of my 'extra' considerations. I felt I was provided with accurate information. At the service center, I was not pressured about purchasing and additional service work or made to feel like my vehicle was going to fall apart if a procedure was not performed. The service technician explained the progress of my service and also installed the navigation disc after I explained I did not feel I correctly installed the disc information. I may need to have a touch up completed on the headlamp buffing. I need to observe it during clear sky daylight hours.. Nothing that I felt was intentionally neglectful. The service waiting room is comfortable and has a nice variety of complimentary coffee and bottled water. Having the large screen TV was very nice and was set on appropriate programming. I was treated with courtesy and respect during all phases of the service visit. More
