The service advisor Mike was awesome that tells it all Once again, the Service Advisor Mike not only helped me with coming in to have my regular service of oil change and tire rotation but, he assisted me Once again, the Service Advisor Mike not only helped me with coming in to have my regular service of oil change and tire rotation but, he assisted me with getting my phone synced so that I could use it hands free. In addition, he went into great detail about my service warranty package, instructing me as to when I should have my next visit scheduled and what needed to be done and the expiration date. Not to mention what it would cost me for services in the further so that I could be financially prepared.. He was absolutely FANTASTIC! A breath of fresh air, I can now plan and save accordingly to his timeline! PLEASE keep him on board! More

Extreme disservice A few weeks ago, I sent one of my sons to Waldorf Honda to have keys made for our 2012 Civic and Pilot to get new keys because the originals were fall A few weeks ago, I sent one of my sons to Waldorf Honda to have keys made for our 2012 Civic and Pilot to get new keys because the originals were falling apart. He called from the dealership saying the owner had to be present to get the keys made. Got it, should have called first, I'll take the hit for that. I am the only owner listed on both registrations, so I scheduled leave on a day my son was available and we took both cars to the service department. We were directed to the Parts Dept, and the gentleman there said that a new key would be over $400 to purchase and program, a forever key would be $225 and a valet key would be over $200 but that they didn't have a blank in stock for one of the cars, and it would be a 2 - 3 hour wait for the other to be cut and programmed. You can't get these keys anywhere else. He recommended that I make an appointment so the keys could be ordered and on hand when I got there. So I again scheduled leave, called and made an appointment for both cars (the scheduler said she would make sure the keys were ordered) and arranged for one of my sons to drive the other car and the other to take my wife to work. We arrived this morning for the 7:00 appointment and were promptly checked in by Heather M. A few minutes later Heather came to me and said they did not have the Pilot key but could have it by tomorrow. I noted that Waldorf Honda advised me to make this appointment specifically to prevent this from happening. Heather was apologetic but said there was nothing she could do, as she didn't make the appointment, had no control over what happened and was only the messenger. I said go ahead and make the Civic key and I would bring the car in Tuesday the 17th, as I had leave scheduled for other reasons. Approximately 30 minutes later, I was told that they didn't have the Civic key blank either. I asked why it took an that long to find out the other key blank wasn't available. The response was "I'm sorry". Now I have to disrupt my entire family's schedule again next Tuesday, burn more leave and reschedule additional leave to accomplish what I have to cancel Tuesday. This is unacceptable. It has cost me 2+ days of vacation, lost time and I still haven't got the keys. More
