Brakes and Steering The service I have received is not fixing the brakes and steering on my car. I had four (4) brake pads changed, the front and back rotors resurface The service I have received is not fixing the brakes and steering on my car. I had four (4) brake pads changed, the front and back rotors resurfaced, cleaned and lubricated caliper slide, a 4-wheel computer laser alignment and the car is not fixed. I had a very friendly and helpful service representative who tried to solve the problem but the repairs did not fix the brakes and steering. More
Negotiated with sales and management to have rear seated protectors included with rear hatchback carpet protectors. When I brought car in to have these installed, internet department said i did not order b protectors included with rear hatchback carpet protectors. When I brought car in to have these installed, internet department said i did not order back seat protectors and they were not an option for my car. Checked with parts department and found out rear seat protectors are available. Internet department lied to me. More

Better than I expected I tried to schedule an oil change but was told the schedule was booked. I decided to take my chances to “walk-in” for the same service. Christmas Eve with Waldorf Honda! We initially thought there was an issue with my brakes. My adviser, Heather, wrote up my ticket and said she'd keep me updated. She did an awesome job We initially thought there was an issue with my brakes. My adviser, Heather, wrote up my ticket and said she'd keep me updated. She did an awesome job of keeping me informed. Come to find out, the brakes were fine, but had a nail in my tire. Actually needed tires all the way around. Ended up getting new tires. While I waited, was able to get my final grocery shopping done, thanks to the shuttle driver, Shanks. Dropped me off at grocery store (I only needed one item), dropped off another customer at the mall, then picked me back up. Once I returned, I saw Connie, who sold me my car in 2008. She took the time to chat and see how we were doing. Even the ladies working at the checkout desk, donned in their festive attire, were a pleasure. Heather made my visit a pleasant one. She kept me updated along the way, and was just a joy to interact with. She's awesome! No fun having to spend money on the car right at holiday time, but Heather, Shanks, Connie and the checkout crew made it a more pleasurable time. More
