Service Surprise I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation on Jan 23. Upon completion of the service, I received paperwork saying the multi-point in I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation on Jan 23. Upon completion of the service, I received paperwork saying the multi-point inspection was complete and everything looked good. The invoice itself noted a tire rotation and air pressure reset. Within 5 minutes of leaving the service center, imagine my shock when the low tire pressure warning light came on. Could it be the service area was heated very warm and the outside temp was mid 40s so there was a sudden drop? I know sudden changes in temp will cause such a thing but so quickly after leaving when the pressure should have been verified? More

Great Service Once Work Began . . . Car had to be towed from St. Mary's County with what turned out to be a battery failure which was fixed at no cost, including towing charges! Great! But . . . because the tow occurred after service was closed, I had to get a rental car until my Accord was ready. I recommend that the dealership have a program to provide loaner cars during those times that a car has to be dropped off/towed in after the service department is closed but sales and/other offices are still open. The staff should have access to computer records that would show that the owner purchased the vehicle from Waldorf Honda (I've purchased 2!) and should be provided a loaner vehicle. Another recommendation -- I know that the service department is extremely busy when it first opens at 7 am, but it would be nice if owners who either dropped off cars during the previous night, or were towed to the dealership were provided a text/email/etc. note saying that the car's presence has been noted, and that a service technician will contact the owner with/for more details no later than, for example, 11 am. That way, the owners would at least know that their cars haven't been lost or forgotten. In my case, I tried to call in starting at 7 and was told that they (?) didn't know if my car was there and that somebody would get back to me "later." Not a very comforting response. . . More

I must mention that when I got into the bay, Mr. Dixson was not at his desk, as soon as I pulled in the other attendants were very courteous and assisted me. One not to forget as well is Mr. Shanks, the courtesy driver. My service was over 2 hours and he dropped me off and picked me back up in the local area. He is courteous and cool to talk to. More
