Always something with this service department. I stopped coming here about three years ago when every time I brought in my car, there was some major repair they said was needed. I took it to another mechan coming here about three years ago when every time I brought in my car, there was some major repair they said was needed. I took it to another mechanic who could find none of the same issues Waldorf Honda said were "major safety issues." And I drove the car thousands more miles - no problem. So, I took my car to the other mechanic with no issues on my aging car. I made the mistake of coming back to Waldorf Honda because their oil change prices were competitive (mistake). How could they screw up an oil change? It's the most basic service there is, after all. They found a way. They stripped the drain plug in my car and then said the only solution (wrong) was to bond glue the plug back in such that now, the only way for me to fix it is with a $700 repair to replace the entire oil pan. Thanks a lot, Waldorf Honda. If you had only not used the pneumatic tool with too much torque, and used some hand loosening, maybe you wouldn't have caused the damage to my car that you now want to charge me $700 to fix. You didn't even offer to fix what your technician broke, or even split the cost. Perhaps train technicians a bit more. And guess what? I won't be bringing it back to you to fix. You had hoped you'd get that money, but you won't. And not only will I not bring my car back for service to you, I will ***never*** buy another vehicle from your dealership and I have bought three from you before. This was the last straw for me. I shouldn't have trusted you with an oil change. I should have paid the extra $20 with my trusted mechanic. Lesson learned. I'm done. More

To sum it up, I had to take my car to another To sum it up, I had to take my car to another shop— I took my car to the service department on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2020. The representativ To sum it up, I had to take my car to another shop— I took my car to the service department on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2020. The representative that assisted me was Robyn. I had two airbag recalls. While I was there, I asked them to check my belt because it was making noise and to check my front driver side tire because it sounded like a spring fell out when I turned. I also had two parts that I brought in to be installed (a windshield wiper blade and an air filter). I experienced many problems. When I initially called to schedule an appointment, I asked the operator if I would be able to borrow a vehicle while the car was being worked on because the recall postcard I received stated a vehicle would be available to loan. I was told that you did not have any vehicles. Robyn stayed that a shuttle was available. The shuttle was very dirty which made for a very uncomfortable ride. However, the driver, Shanks was friendly and courteous. Robyn stated it would take about two hours to complete the services. 3 hours later I requested an update on the car. Robyn stated that the oil change was completed, the front tire was okay, the belt will need to be replaced, the parts I brought in were installed, and the airbags are completed. She provided an estimate and I agreed to the services needed. An hour later, Robyn notified me that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I took an Uber back. Payment was fast and easy. When I got to my car the SRS light was on. When I arrived, I did not have any dashboard lights on. I called Robyn and she asked me to pull back up. One of the technicians checked the airbags in the lane. While the technician was looking at the car, I asked Robyn where my charge was for the replacement belt was. She said that she was in a rush when she closed out the ticket and apologized for not leaving notes. She stated that the technician said that the belt needed to be changed but because he was new, a senior tech checked the belt and said that it did not need to be replaced. The belt is still making noise. At this point, the tech took my car back to the garage. I was off of work so I didn’t mind waiting for things to be right. About 15 minutes later Robyn stated that they had to remove the airbag and reinstall it. The tech that fixed the airbags was excellent. He even showed me a print out of the reading that indicated the airbags were good. When people go to any service department, they expect for their cars to be serviced correctly and in a timely manner, especially when they go to Honda (or any major car dealership) for service. I do not even know if the tech performed an oil change on my car but I was charged for it. As far as the belt, it is still making noise. I will have to take it to another shop to be looked at. The service manager offered a free oil change and tire rotation but I will not be using it. I do not trust the technicians here. A refund would’ve been better, even if it was partial. More
