The service sucks. I was sold a certified preowned with many issues like air conditioning, rattling noises, and vibrations on the driver's side front tire. I have been back several times and have yet to ge many issues like air conditioning, rattling noises, and vibrations on the driver's side front tire. I have been back several times and have yet to get it repaired due to no loaner cars or cant find the issues right away. I hate that I traded my 10yr old Camry with no issues for a 2018 Honda accord sport that I have yet to enjoy! You need more loaner cars if you're gonna provide good customer service. The service dept is totally unorganized and grumpy most the time or rushing to go home without following up. Once my car is repaired, in which I'm Still waiting on a loaner car to get my air fixed I am making a formal complaint to the Corporate Honda because I have been complaining about these issues since I got the Car Oct, 2019. The rim's were sanded down from the previous owner and not replaced a small dent on the top of the car it's the worse situation I've been in and the sad part is I have bought brand new cars from Waldorf Ford and Waldorf Toyota with none of these issues. I should have stuck with what worked for me but I will not be screwed over with this car and it's about 30k with 33k miles on initially. 🙁 More

His customer service approach is highly exemplary. He explicitly explains everything found in the initial inspection of your, what needs to be done either right now or can be delayed until the next visit without any damage to your vehicle. He weighs the most economical approach to getting your car fixed. In coming from patronizing another Honda dealership for years, I feel that I am definitely in good hands at Waldorf Honda. There was a misunderstanding to get my car back while part was ordered because we have only one car, got there was not ready for use then manager all of a sudden found a loner car for the day. Even though I didn't know exactly what the problem with my car was, Tony and his team were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. Since my visit, I've driven over 500 miles with no problem! Because my car was still under warranty, the price was N/A as the fix was free, which I appreciated very much. Additionally, when I first pulled into the Honda dealership, I parked in the visitor parking lot near the front. The individual who came out to greet me was not part of the service team, but was very helpful and polite, going so far as to jump start my car again to move it to the service area, and providing me with clear directions. I didn't get his name, but I appreciated his service as well. More
