I got my my Honda Civic Hybrid tires rotated and balanced along with an oil change. The Civic Hybrids have fragile rims and center rim covers. I indicated that they were fragile to the technician. When I got my car back after two hours, one of the center rim covers was scratched. It has obviously been laid faced down and moved. I got the service rep (Robert) involved who was understanding and respectful. However, once the manager (Jason) and technician got involved, they were rude and claimed that “there was no way that could happen,” suggesting I had come in with a scratched center rim cover (despite none of my rims or center covers had scratches.) They eventually replaced the center rim cover free of charge, but I did not appreciate the unnecessary rudeness from the manager or technician nor the hassle of having to come back in for a replacement. More
Another auto shop tried to get us to buy brand new tires by saying a tire leak was unfixable, but Honda was able to plug the leak in our tire and save us money. Was told was because of the way the parts were welded together?? I'm sure it didn't leave the assembly line looking like that. I wish I would have noticed before I bought the vehicle, but who looks underneath a brand new car! Service manager's response was we will keep an eye on it. Perhaps this could be a defect or improperly stored on the lot. More

The service sucks. I was sold a certified preowned with many issues like air conditioning, rattling noises, and vibrations on the driver's side front tire. I have been back several times and have yet to get it repaired due to no loaner cars or cant find the issues right away. I hate that I traded my 10yr old Camry with no issues for a 2018 Honda accord sport that I have yet to enjoy! You need more loaner cars if you're gonna provide good customer service. The service dept is totally unorganized and grumpy most the time or rushing to go home without following up. Once my car is repaired, in which I'm Still waiting on a loaner car to get my air fixed I am making a formal complaint to the Corporate Honda because I have been complaining about these issues since I got the Car Oct, 2019. The rim's were sanded down from the previous owner and not replaced a small dent on the top of the car it's the worse situation I've been in and the sad part is I have bought brand new cars from Waldorf Ford and Waldorf Toyota with none of these issues. I should have stuck with what worked for me but I will not be screwed over with this car and it's about 30k with 33k miles on initially. 🙁 More
