Waldorf Honda - Service Center

Thank you Robert, Tony and team My air condition wasn't working. My first visit was dissappointing but it was the part I needed was on a National back order. Robert was extremely nic My air condition wasn't working. My first visit was dissappointing but it was the part I needed was on a National back order. Robert was extremely nice ,had a great sense of humor and had great customer service communication. He was appologetic and said he would contact me asap when they could get the part. He stayed true to his word and got me in quickly, got it done timely and now I am staying cool and was covered under the warranty which made me happy too. I do still have some concerns about the phobes giving low battery code even after new batteries were in.. The phobes were checked 3 times . One seems to be ok for now the other one still gives low battery code. Tony also helped me checking out the phobes and was very patient and nice to help me understand what we could do. Overall Robert made this a pleasant situation and the ladies at the checkout were very nice helpful and pleasant too. Great team! Thank You LFG More

Happy Camper I was having trouble with the ignition -- car wouldn't start with each turn of the key. Had made a video of my 5 attempts to start the car one time an I was having trouble with the ignition -- car wouldn't start with each turn of the key.
