Honest service and friendly service. I went in to get my battery checked and just dropped it off. Got a call a couple hours later saying it was ready for pick up covered under warranty. A few days prior I h battery checked and just dropped it off. Got a call a couple hours later saying it was ready for pick up covered under warranty. A few days prior I had went to pohanka Honda in capital heights, md and service was terrible and I knew they were lying to me when they told me they ran a test on the battery and couldn’t determine what the problem was. Insisted it could be the alternator. Wanted me to bring it in the next day for a “full diagnostic”. Smh I didn’t even tell Waldorf Honda about that experience because I wanted to see what they’ll say. We’ll needless to say Waldorf Honda will be my go to shop from now on. Thanks. More
