As always, I was very pleased with the service. I called one day, to set up appointment for regular service, plus a few recall matters. I was told there could be a long wait for the recall work. So, arrangements were made to bring in the van one day, and pick it up the next. The routine service was taken care of at a reasonable price. The recall work was done at no cost to me. The initial phone call setting up the appointment, my reception when I arrived with the van, and the return of the van to me the next day were all accomplished cheerfully, and expeditiously, with absolutely no waiting. I brought my 2014 honda accord in when I discovered both of my fog lights were out. Robert Hersch explained that it was odd that both lights go out at the same time so they would check the circuitry to conf of my fog lights were out.
