Workers were nice. They get 2 stars because I was told my service would take 1 hour when it took 5 hours. I called them twice during those 5 hours for an update and I never got a call back. Service appointment was on time, which is great. However less than a week later my battery died. Apparently no one there noticed my car had the wrong battery. AAA noticed it as soon as they opened the hood. less than a week later my battery died. Apparently no one there noticed my car had the wrong battery. AAA noticed it as soon as they opened the hood. $160 later I have the correct battery from them. Isn’t it standard to check basic things when a car is brought in for routine service? I pay a lot when I bring my car there and it makes me wonder if my car is being serviced correctly and if the recommendations for additional service are even necessary when this kind of oversight occurs.
