I, took my 2018 Honda Accord to the Waldorf location with issues with my radio and not being able to use my gps and Xm radio was in stuck mode and blank screen. I wasn’t expecting for them not to work on my issues with my radio and not being able to use my gps and Xm radio was in stuck mode and blank screen. I wasn’t expecting for them not to work on my vehicle that day because the pandemic capacity. My service technician Bernard Dixson, asked if I could leave my vehicle and I told them I couldn’t. He then asked if I like they can take me wherever I needed to go they can drop me off and pick me up if needed. Mr Dixon advised me that that there were several had recalls on my vehicle and since I was already there they’ll take care of the car radio situation and replace rubber molding trim inside doors trim that they replaced last year, because they noticed it was coming off. because it was constantly coming off after I had it replaced last year. The repairs took longer than expected and my service tech, kept me updated and if I needed to go anywhere they’d take me all I had to do just asked. They completed the job and they had to reinstalled the software to my radio. They also took care of the recalls for my vehicle and they advised that they’ll call me set up an appointment because Honda is recalling the fuel pumps and that they believe that’s why my car was stalling and jerking when accelerating de accelerating. I appreciated how Bernard kept me updated. More
