I would like to say that this was the first time I've been to Waldorf Honda, and the experience I had was outstanding. The service manager Jason Ruslander, came and spoke with me to try and trouble shoo been to Waldorf Honda, and the experience I had was outstanding. Mr. Ruslander made sure I understood the actions that was going to take place to correct and fix my car. The service writer Robin was also a tremendous help to me as well. I drive over an hour to Waldorf to get my car service and bypass a Honda dealer less than ten minutes from my home, but will no longer go there due to bad experiences, But by far I will recommend Waldorf Honda because the extra mile Jason and his staff goes to take care of persons getting work done to their vehicles. On 15 May I took my 2019 Honda accord hybrid to Honda of Waldorf with a fairly unusual problem. The passenger side windshield had what looked to me to be a stress fracture. I’ve brought my vehicle to this location for 10 years and I’m usually very pleased. But this time the service manager left so I had to wait an extra day for my vehicle. It forced me to use the shuttle servi I’m usually very pleased. But this time the service manager left so I had to wait an extra day for my vehicle. It forced me to use the shuttle service to pick up my vehicle. The driver got lost several times because he didn’t use a GPS and had to call for directions. I recommend that the drivers not have a radio on when driving back with passengers. Either have just instrumental music or nothing. The radio station was very annoying. Thanks. More
