On 15 March I took my 2019 Honda accord hybrid to Honda of Waldorf with a fairly unusual problem. The passenger side windshield had what looked to me to be a stress fracture. I would like to say that this was the first time I've been to Waldorf Honda, and the experience I had was outstanding. The service manager Jason Ruslander, came and spoke with me to try and trouble shoo been to Waldorf Honda, and the experience I had was outstanding. The service manager Jason Ruslander, came and spoke with me to try and trouble shoot problems that my car was presenting. Mr. Ruslander made sure I understood the actions that was going to take place to correct and fix my car. The service writer Robin was also a tremendous help to me as well. I drive over an hour to Waldorf to get my car service and bypass a Honda dealer less than ten minutes from my home, but will no longer go there due to bad experiences, But by far I will recommend Waldorf Honda because the extra mile Jason and his staff goes to take care of persons getting work done to their vehicles.
