My experience at the dealership was great. .However, I reported that my vehicle is doing a downshifting upon excelling. This has happened more than twice. The braking light will flash at times for no appa reported that my vehicle is doing a downshifting upon excelling. This has happened more than twice. The braking light will flash at times for no apparent reason, and this of concern, but I was told if there is no code and the technician can not duplicate the issue for now there isn’t anything that can be done, This does not address that there is something happening that is not suppose to. I now know that others are experiencing the same , or similar issue, and as I explained to Robert he was wonderful and my experience in terms of how I was treated while my vehicle was being serviced was great. My concern is why has my vehicle starting to do these things that I know are not suppose to be happening. I need answers and would like for someone to get to the bottom of why and fix it, and not just wait and see. There is a problem occurring. In my opinion this would not be labeled as me having an issue with Robert. To me this would be the judgement and lack there of on the technician, or the one who made the judgement call to just give me back the vehicle, and if, or when it happens again I will either take it back there or somewhere else in hopes of not being told the issue can not be addressed unless we are able to get a code again. This then makes the issue my problem and my responsibility. I do not think that this is fair to me, or in my best interest. If you know there is an issue since others are reporting that this is happening someone needs to be honest with me and find out why this is happening and fix the problem in fairness to me and the other drivers I now know this is happening to. I do not have a issue with the dealership, but I do have issues occurring with my vehicle. Issues that are not suppose to occur during operation. If I press the gas the vehicle is not suppose to start downshifting. I hope this helps you to see what my concerns are and let you determine if you have an issue with the dealership. I am not going to generalize it to this dealership if it’s a Honda overall issue. This is why I gave the ratings as I did. I hope this helps you and me. As usual, the making of the appt and the service was excellent. The only issue I have is the timing of the appt. On a previous vehicle 2009 CRV, I knew when I should make an appt and did. This new way (in my opinion) the onboard computer is supposed to tell me when I am going to need service. It never did.
