As usual, the making of the appt and the service was excellent. The only issue I have is the timing of the appt. On a previous vehicle 2009 CRV, I knew when I should make an appt and did. This new way (in my opinion) the onboard computer is supposed to tell me when I am going to need service. It never did. Enough of that, I am pleased with Robert and the way your service dept keeps my car running. I shall return. More
