Pre-trip inspection, unexpected and unplanned trip to NYC. Pulled in on a Monday afternoon at 3 PM, was seen immediately by Robyn Stroud who was simply awesome. Pre trip inspection discovered my oil level was at 30% and had it changed. Wait time was only 90 minutes to complete service for an unscheduled appointment. As always Waldorf Honda was awesome. More

Tony was nice and polite. He explained the wait time due to the fact I was a walk in. He explained the additional service that my car really needed. I had a hubcap that was off of the driver side tire and to the fact I was a walk in. He explained the additional service that my car really needed. Had A/C compressor replaced last summer. Bought car back because A/C wasn't cold. Service man tells me they are injecting dye. Clearly stated to me A/C compressor was fine.
