I made an appointment over a week prior. All went well upon my arrival. The wait was not too long. After I paid my bill and head to my car, I notice my car did not receive the complimenta All went well upon my arrival. The wait was not too long. I inform the gentleman who initially took my keys and he assure me it would be addressed and corrected. Done! I was leaving town for vacation that day and my husband noticed the tire pressure was all the same as when we took our vehicle on. Not only did the tech not wash our vehicle, they also did not check the tire air pressure. Usually Honda inflates our tires so they are about equal. This day, 1 tire was FIVE less than the other 3. We were not happy to say the least. What else did this technician not do correctly? Hopefully this was a one time problem with this particular technician. For the amount of money charged for an oil change, customers should be assured they will receive the correct service the FIRST time. More
