I purchased a 2019 Honda Passport two months ago and nothing but problems with the radio. It shuts down at any given moment. Took it back for service and to no avail the problem still exist. Bernard is the best! He is always helpful and kind and patient. I brought my car in as my AC wasn't working (recent temps hitting 100). He said he was overbooked but he would try to get it in.
