I scheduled my appointment for new tires over a week out, when i arrived on 30 June I was told my tires had never been ordered and to come back in 2 days. WHAT? I rearranged everything on my schedule to get when i arrived on 30 June I was told my tires had never been ordered and to come back in 2 days. WHAT? I rearranged everything on my schedule to get new tires and you forgot to order them? Don’t you reconcile your appointments with the required supplies needed to do next days job? Additionally, i asked for an alignment but wasn’t told until I picked up my car that they were unable do it because the car needed additional parts. Call me and tell me while my cars being worked on, don’t surprise me when I show up to pick up my car only to be disappointed. I’m a regular customer with Waldorf Honda and only own Honda vehicles but this was the poorest experience I ever had with Waldorf Honda. More

The A/C on my car was broken and I brought it in for service. The problem was quickly diagnosed and communication from Robyn was great!
