A repair that I thought would cost me almost a thousand dollars was solved for less than three hundred. They could have ripped me off, but they didn't!!! I wouldn't have been the wiser. I had the Serpintine belt on my CR-V start shredding and needed replacement ASAP. I called the Service Dept. and spoke with Robyn and although she did not find a belt in stock she was able to locate one in needed replacement ASAP. I called the Service Dept. and spoke with Robyn and although she did not find a belt in stock she was able to locate one in the local area and as well get me in for service within an hour of my call. On top of that I had regular A13 service scheduled for two weeks later in the month and she was able to get that done for me as well during this visit so I would not have to return to get it done. First ever I've experienced such positive and efficient service support. Thus, my 5 Star rating. More
