2019 Odyssey serviced 9/3/21 @ 2:00pm. Van reeked of gas smell. Apparently during the fuel pump recall work, the service tech entered the van. Either he/she was soaked in gas or stepped in gas. Service depa smell. Apparently during the fuel pump recall work, the service tech entered the van. Either he/she was soaked in gas or stepped in gas. Service department tried to hide this incident. First sign of trouble was that the van was sitting in the service area with no one was working on it. They latter moved the van into the service bay drop off area with the windows down and the service bay doors open. It was sitting there for several more minutes. After service payment was settled, My wife and I enter the van and it reeked of the smell of gas. The service department made no mention that gas was exposed to the interior of the van. No mention that this was a health hazard to us. The service department hid this from us. We had to drive home with the windows down. When we picked-up our dog, he was annoyed by the smell of gas. Shame on this dealership for not owning up to this safety hazard incident nor alerting us until after we settled the bill. More
