When I was alerted that my Honda CRV had received its requested service and given the keys, I went outside to customer parking area I could not find my CRV. I wander to the back of the dealership and fi requested service and given the keys, I went outside to customer parking area I could not find my CRV. I wander to the back of the dealership and find the CRV. I opened the driver's door and plastic was on the driver's seat and paper on the floormat. I understand that this protects the seat and floormat from dirt and stain when service is being performed. However, these items should be removed and the vehicle returned to the customer's parking area. Little things add to great customer service! More
