Brought in the Crosstour for service per the lights on the dash and milage. Service recommended that the 90k service be redon as I was near 180K. Had the left rear taillight replaced and it went out after the service. Called Tony, came in and it was fixed quickly at no charge. Turned out the bulb had a small crack. Liked that I was able to get it in and fixed quickly without making an appointment. More
