Sales and service lied to me about the tech's findings on an issue with the vehicle and only upon my visit and direct identification did they fess up. Then they refused to honor used car warranty, which req an issue with the vehicle and only upon my visit and direct identification did they fess up. I dropped my car off for an oil change. It was completed quickly and efficiently and I appreciate the ability to drop off and pick up after hours. They also identified the battery needed re It was completed quickly and efficiently and I appreciate the ability to drop off and pick up after hours. They also identified the battery needed replacement and did so with my permission. However, when I picked up the car after hours, it wouldn't start. The sales staff was unwilling to call service staff after hours to assist. I troubleshot and found the positive lead on the new battery was so loose, I could move the nut with my fingers. The following day, the service manager called to apologize and offered a free oil change. I appreciate the effort to make it right. More
