Waldorf Honda dealership is convenient to get too. Once I enter the service area, an employee greets me, verify what I brought my car in for and ask for my keys. Employee will let me know I can have a seat in the waiting area. Also, informed me they have a driver that can take me to a destination and bring me back. A staff member is constantly moving usually with a nice swift pace. I’ll received a text message, informing me if I gave any questions or concerns I can reach out to them via text or call the number included in text. My last wait was a little longer than usual, I don’t know why. The work was completed. I received my bill and team member went over my paperwork, including cost and future work to be done. I paid my bill. This time, I didn’t need to use the payment plan. I forget the name right now. Anyway, went to my car, walked around and did a quick inspection and I didn’t notice any thing that wasn’t there before I got there. Except the dirt had been cleaned off and my windows were cleaned. I really wanted to see what was at the end of my response. But, it keeps going! Thanks Waldorf Honda! More
