Paid for an oil change, windshield wipers to be replaced and for a tire rotation. After two hours I was told the maintenance was done and I paid. Upon my inspection, I discovered that my wipers and tire rot and for a tire rotation. After two hours I was told the maintenance was done and I paid. Upon my inspection, I discovered that my wipers and tire rotation were not done. I can’t prove or disprove the oil change was done. I complained to the service writer and they replaced the wipers and did the tire rotation that I had paid for/requested. Contacted service manager and he has not resolved the issue to my satisfaction. More
