Have gone back atleast six times for the same problem (headlights/breaklights) and had to deal With Diane at the service center who not only is imcompetent but has not one clue on how a car Works. I will never ever return to honda and make sure that everyone else in the Waldorf md area Is aware of the aweful service at this dealership. Your best bet is to go to the honda on duke street In Alexandria Virginia. They do fantastic work and they know how a vehicle functions. More
