He made sure that I was fully satisfied with the car and its price. Any questions or concerns that I had, he was able to answer them or find out the answer for me via Mike Council. Everyone was very professional. The finance manager, Kevin, was also great and it surprisingly didn't take as nearly as long to fill out all the paperwork as I thought it would. It wasn't a stressful or long, drawn out process, which I'm thankful for. (In total, I only spent 2 hours at the dealership). I was there for an oil change and just so happened I appreciate the great customer service and patience that the staff demonstrated in our encounter. I was there for an oil change and just so happened to be browsing when approached by a salesmanship about puchasing a vehicle. His thorough knowledge of the trade in process and of the new accords lured me in(I had a 2014 accord). I decided to come back the next day. The salesman was off at 8pm, but he waited for me to get my haircut and I arrived at 8:45pm. I was very unsure and tried to leave several times but by the end of the night the manager had presented me with a deal that beat out my credit union's financing offer. We literally didnt finish everything till 11pm and they were supposed to close at 9. I appreciate the time they took to make sure I understood everything and didn't try to expedite the process in order to go home. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for not only value, but tremendous service! I left with a beautiful new accord lx More
