Backlog for parts--took a while but finally got loaner Went to service center for a problem covered by warranty. The needed parts were on backorder and I haven'the had use of the car for a week now. Very comfortable setting and friendly service So, I started out being very apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle ( I like not having a car note)but the saleswoman, Charnise was very helpful and So, I started out being very apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle ( I like not having a car note)but the saleswoman, Charnise was very helpful and made some very good points when it comes to safetry and choosing an appropriate vehicle. I wanted to buy a HOnda but after a good slap of reality, I chose an Altima Coupe that suits me just perfectly.
