Steve Arthur did what he said he would do! I went there to specifically look and further my research for my next car. Mr. Arthur was very knowledgeable and receptive to my needs. He was honest and very forthcoming with what resources he had, there was no hidden agenda. The car I wanted was not on the lot, so they made some adjustments to prevent my wait, and keep the deal as promised. My only issue was after the deal complete, I hated the continue sales offers from the accessories person and then again from the finance person. It seemed a bit greedy, and at one point I felt trapped, like if I didn't add something I would never get to my new car...I ended up purchasing a warranty and was then able to sign the documents to get my keys. This was no reflection on my sales person Steve, he was warm and professional- I would definitely work with him again. More
