Go Anywhere Else Just to start, it's incredibly suspicious that this dealer is rated so well on this website but not on any others? I attempted to buy a car from this Just to start, it's incredibly suspicious that this dealer is rated so well on this website but not on any others? I attempted to buy a car from this dealer and it was constant harassment and pressure to make a decision, attitudes once I started asking questions, and the comment "you don't want to bring a car to get serviced here with another dealerships name on it, that's not doing you any favors" when I showed them another dealership beat their price. They do NOT like competition, they get annoyed. If you are totally fine just taking the car at the price it's listed and asking no questions, then go for it. They act like they are doing you so many favors, like "saving you a drive to another dealership". Seems as if they have no concept or respect for the fact that people are spending thousands and thousands of dollars when they buy a car. Heaven forbid you try to get the best price. Extremely disappointed. More

POOR, FRUSTRATING, DISAPPOINTING My car was towed in on Monday January 30th because it would not start. I was told that I needed a new distributor but it had to be ordered and was shu My car was towed in on Monday January 30th because it would not start. I was told that I needed a new distributor but it had to be ordered and was shuttled to Enterprise for a rent -a-car. I received a call Tuesday morning that the part had came in and my car would be ready by 2:00pm. I didn't have to report to work until 5:00 so I waited until around 3:00 to return the rented car and get shuttled back to the dealership. Paid for the repair and drove about a half mile from the dealership making a stop at a nearby store to return something. It took all of 10 minutes and when I returned to my car it would not start. I called Honda and they sent a salesman to help me. He tried to start it with no luck and drove me back to the dealership. They had to call for a tow truck and I told them I was supposed to be at work by 5:00, I had just paid for one rent -a -car and I was "NOT" going to pay for another. I was told by Mr Reese that it was no problem that they would call and take care of the rental. They shuttled me back to enterprise but no one there had received a call. I gave them Mr Reese's name and insisted that they call him to take care of this as he said he would. I was a hour and 20 minutes late for work. Wednesday evening I get my car back again with an explanation and an apology. Thursday night on my way home the D4 indicator light started to blink non stop, then the check engine light came on. Made another call to Mr Mohammed Friday and was told to bring it in Monday. It is still on and has been all weekend. So I have to make yet another trip to the dealership to have this checked out hoping that the car wouldn't stop on me. You tell "ME" how you think I should rate my service. More
