Look Out I came to this dealer because I was interested in its Costco program not to buy a car. The salesman was considerate and quite helpful. My car was 15 I came to this dealer because I was interested in its Costco program not to buy a car. The salesman was considerate and quite helpful. My car was 15 years old and expensive to repair so I did want something new. When I found out how much the financing was and I said I wanted to shop to around the fireworks started. I was visited by one manager type who wanted to know what could he do to help me decide. After saving no for the fifth or six time he went away and I was soon visited by the manager's boss who said he was a personal friend of the lender and could improve the rate. He did come back with a slightly better rate. When I said no again he went away. Since I never got my d car key back after the inspection I couldn't just walk out the door. Before I knew it, manger two came back and provided me with a note that would put their deal on hold giving me 5 days to shop around. I did need a car and like the one I saw so I agreed to complete the deal. I soon learned that 5 days was not enough time to look around. In closing, I didn't like the pressure at all and will never know if I could have done better.. More

Terrible experience! On 26 March 2017 I drove 3 hours from Virginia to the Waldolf Honda dealership in Maryland to see a car (a used 2014 Mazda 3 S-Grand Touring model.) On 26 March 2017 I drove 3 hours from Virginia to the Waldolf Honda dealership in Maryland to see a car (a used 2014 Mazda 3 S-Grand Touring model.) Prior to leaving Virginia I talked to sales agent Jamar Epps, and manager John Fee over the phone. I asked Mr. Fee if he aware of the condition of the car (if it had any damage, dings etc.) and he said that the car was "clean" and in pristine shape. When I arrived I saw that 3 of the 18" factory aluminum rims were damaged by curb rash, there was a minor dent in the door, and the actual mileage of the car was 600 miles higher than what was advertised on the website. I signed the paperwork (which included a clean car fax) and took the car home that day. The following day I went to State Farm to ensure the car, and found out that the car had 2 previous insurance claims for damage (not shown on the car fax I was provided. One claim was an accident involving an uninsured driver, and the other claim was for damage due to weather. Upon closer examination of the car, I could see that the rear bumper had been painted, as is was a slightly darker color, and had a different "orange peel" texture. Also in strong sun lite I could see 12 dents on the roof from what looked like hail damage. The day we visited the car dealership it was overcast, so the roof dents and bumper paint were not over evident. I called back to Mr. Fee and explained what I had found, and he said that they had painted the bumper due to a scuff the car receive on the lot. I asked him why he was not upfront with me on the phone prior to my trip, and told him my wife wanted to return the car. He offered me a $250 reduction in the price of the car. I would not do business with this dealership again. More

He's not This sales rep goes beyond measure to make sure the buyer is satisfied. He will definitely take care of you and shows the compassion for it. He's not one of those sales professional that will sweet talk you just to get a sale, he showed his 25 years of workmen ship to diligently work with you of what you have. Especially for new car buyers (like myself) never took advantage but helped me a whole lot. Thank Bert for all you've done to get my wife and I our first new car truck. More

Steve Newman will treat you well! Salesman Steve Newman and the rest of the people at Waldorf Honda worked hard to earn my business and made the overall experience quick and painless. Salesman Steve Newman and the rest of the people at Waldorf Honda worked hard to earn my business and made the overall experience quick and painless. They worked with me on the price and then made sure I'd be driving home in my new CR-V that night. They filled out most of the paperwork, so I only had to verify what was written and sign, which was very thoughtful of them. Their inventory is great. The lot is gigantic (I believe it has over 300 cars), so they're pretty much guaranteed to have the right car in stock. They weren't pushy on the extra options which was nice. A simple "no thanks" and I wasn't asked again. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Honda! More
Don't rely on the safety inspection I had a few hundred dollars of work done on my 2004 CR-V on February 25, 2017, and they said they did their usual safety inspection, including giving I had a few hundred dollars of work done on my 2004 CR-V on February 25, 2017, and they said they did their usual safety inspection, including giving my battery a 'pass'. That very night my car wouldn't start, and when I opened the hood I saw an incredible amount of corrosion on and around the positive terminal. They could not have even looked at the battery and declared it to be in good shape. I relied on them to do that safety inspection, and because of that continued going to them after moving 40 miles away, so I was very disappointed in them. I called and sent a photo of my impressive corrosion and they called back quickly to apologize and say they didn't know how that could have happened. They offered me $30 off a new battery if I wanted one, which I suppose was nice of them, but I didn't consider it adequate compensation for their error. Anita Schuneman I More
