Fantastic Experience; Great Environment I visited Waldorf Honda to test drive the new CR-V. I had previously had a bad experience at another dealership and was hoping that I would not have t I visited Waldorf Honda to test drive the new CR-V. I had previously had a bad experience at another dealership and was hoping that I would not have the same experience here. When I arrived Gregg Smith was waiting outside for me. He greeted me and we talked about what I was interested in and went straight to the CR-V lineup. It was such a pleasure working with Gregg as he listened to my needs, was very attentative, personable, and taught me a lot about the vehicle. He really went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that my questions were answered. I received outstanding customer service from every employee that I worked with here.
