He was courteous, fair, and just an overall extremely nice person to talk to and deal with. In contrast to my previous nightmare experience buying a car (Bob Tyler Toyota in Pensacola, FL), this interaction with Lee was very enjoyable. My wife and I are very pleased with our new car! We also traded in our Camry for a fair price as well. Also, I should note that the whole process only took a couple of hours, but didn't feel rushed.
