Great Experience have been buying cars for almost 50 years. Frank is by far the best sales rep with whom I have dealt. He knows his stuff and could explain the all t have been buying cars for almost 50 years. Frank is by far the best sales rep with whom I have dealt. He knows his stuff and could explain the all the features of the CRV I purchased in an easy going way that was sincere and easy to understand, not just a recitation of fact he read in a manual. He is obviously very proud of the quality of the Honda’s he sells, and his sales technique seems based conveying that quality to the buyer and never being too pushy. Essentially he lets the car sell itself. He was resentful and patient with my entire family during the buying process. I plan to go back to Frank the next time I need I need another vehicle. More

My wife called and talked to Stormy who was very helpful, answered all of my wife's questions and got back to us quickly with a reasonable price quote. When we arrived at the the dealership, Gregg had the vehicle ready and we started the paperwork. The one thing that keeps us from giving them a 5 star rating was the hard sell on extended warranty options. More

Service on my 2017 Odyssey not acceptable Service on my 2017 Odyssey - not acceptable Not able to get my van repaired after 3 weeks of trying. Front electrical panel - USB port burnt out. Service on my 2017 Odyssey - not acceptable Not able to get my van repaired after 3 weeks of trying. Front electrical panel - USB port burnt out. Left car overnight, picked it up and still not working. Checked and verified by Honda personnel that the port was still not working. This service is with the extended service contract. Still not working UNACCEPTABLE!!! Do not know what to do now. Still, the management is unavailable/ busy. Anybody can sell a car. It is the follow-up customer service for at lease a month or two after you buy a car from them that counts. More
